Don’t react instantly
In today’s world, the ability to make quick decisions is highly valued, but you better stop and think about yourself. Add two phrases into everyday life: “I will let you know” and “I will answer later.” So you can think about the decision and not agree to everything, which means that you distribute your time.
Finish one thing

Think before you buy
If you liked the thing in the window, do not rush to buy it. Give yourself a couple of days to think. And, if you understand that this particular product is extremely necessary for you, then return to the store.
